Refund Policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • We have a 7-day return policy for in-store and online orders. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after the 7-day period. The 7-day period begins on the day the package arrives based on the tracking information.
  • Refunds will only be accepted if item is in it's original packaging and/or in the same condition that it arrived in. Buyers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the product is received and deemed saleable, you will receive your refund. Refunds will be offered by way of your original method of payment. If your original payment method is not available, we will issue store credit.
  • If a return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • We will only accept returns due to manufacturer error on new products released within the last 5 years. We sell many older and vintage items that are no longer in print. (Please note, products with minor cosmetic paint issues or imperfect packaging are not considered defective.)

Shipping policy

We are currently only shipping to the United States.

  • Shipping options and estimated delivery dates will be shown during checkout.
  • Please allow 1-2 days processing time for us to confirm availability of product. 
  • Customers are automatically sent a tracking number when the order is fulfilled, and are responsible for tracking the item in transit until delivery. G33ZTOYZ is not responsible for missing packages that are shipped out or being shipped back if the carrier has provided delivery confirmation to the customer’s shipping address entered at checkout. If you believe your package is lost, email us for the next steps.
  • All products are carefully inspected to ensure the best condition and packed extremely well to prevent damage in transit.
